Today your challenge is to write non-stop for five minutes.

If you stop typing for more than a moment, it erases everything and you have two start again. The only way to preserve what you have written is to write non stop for five minutes. After five minutes everything is preserved, and you can go back and edit and correct typing. But for five minutes you just need to write. If you stop, the timer starts again.

This is a powerful exercise in the act of writing without judging yourself, without editing yourself, or trying to be perfect.

It’s about cranking over the engine in your mind and just getting it running.

And if you like what you wrote, you know where to put it: online. I’m talking about your blog, your social medias, everywhere.
