I have a couple that I’ve met but they forgot to bring their ID when they signed the NOIM. One of them is available tomorrow to come round with both of their ID, but do I need to see both of them at the same time I see their ID, or can I see partner A and both partner A and Bs ID then?

You need to be able to compare the photo to the person to ensure it’s them. If you can remember what they look like, totally fine to see both IDs without the parties there 🙂

Also remember there’s no requirement to see the IDs when completing the NOIM as long as you see them before the wedding, so if it’s easier to do it at rehearsal or another meeting or on the wedding day, that’s fine too 🙂
