Fees and Refund Policy
Fees are payable upfront or in four equal payments (one on enrolment and one each month following for three months). Talented Training may discontinue training if fees are not paid as required.
Fees paid are transferrable to a different face-to-face session if the original session is no longer suitable for the student. Only one transfer is allowed per enrolment; additional transfers will attract an administration fee.
Candidates may upgrade from distance learning to blended learning by paying the difference in the fees at the time of the face-to-face session starting.
Candidates may cancel their enrolment at any time in writing, but if their training program has already begun, they will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
Candidates who give written notice to cancel their enrolment no less than 10 business days prior to a training program beginning will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid.
Candidates who give written notice to cancel their enrolment 9 or fewer business days prior to a training program beginning will be entitled to a partial refund. Talented Training will retain $500 per enrolment to cover the costs of resources and staff that have been committed based on the candidate’s enrolment.
Candidates may suspend their enrolment for up to 12 months and recommence the training program at a later date, and occur no additional fees. Candidates wishing to suspend their enrolment for more than 12 months will need to cancel their enrolment and re-enrol when they are ready to recommence the training program.
Candidates who are unable to complete the assessment tasks within 12 months may extend their enrolment for three months at a time, at an additional cost of 25% of the program cost. Only two extensions are available; if the course is not finished after 18 months, the candidate will need to re-enrol and start again.
